Terms and Conditions

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE:

  When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.

  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.

  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary

 

*If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order

2. CONTRACT:

  After you place an order you will receive a confirmation E-mail with details of your order. Information about shipping will be sent to you in another email within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

  All orders are Subject to availability of Products along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

4. REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:

  4.1) We will always do everything possible to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after having sent the Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to do so at any time. We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or modify any material or content from the same.
  4.2) We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any product or material or content from our website or not processing an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.

5. Delivery:

 

5.1) In Continuation to clause (3) above regarding the availability of product and extra ordinary circumstances, we will try to make sure to send the order consisting of product(s) by date indicated in the delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.

 

5.2) Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone. 

 

5.3) For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.

6. PRICE AND PAYMENT:

 

6.1) We make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full.


6.2) We are not obliged to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even when we have sent the Shipping Confirmation) if the error in the price is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an incorrect price.
 

6.3) The prices on the website are exclusive of Goods and Service Tax (GST), duties and delivery charges.


6.4) Prices may change at any time.

7. INVOICE:

An e-Invoice will be provided to you via e-mail once the products are delivered.

 

8. TAXES:

Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the website are subject to all applicable taxes but not limited to GST, duties, cesses, etc.

9. EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

9.1) We grant you a period of 5 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive to notify us regarding your willingness to return or exchange a product.

 

9.2) In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed After the goods returned.

9.3) RETURN / EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer can exchange the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • In case you receive a damaged product, kindly contact us within 5 days of receiving the product and send us pictures showing the damaged product on contact@urbantrench.com. Please be as specific as you can with the pictures. After a thorough investigation, we will arrange a return/exchange for you with no extra charges.

  • ​In case of issues with fit/size, we will exchange the product for you. A shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be charged for the same. We recommend carefully referring to our size chart of the specific product or contact our team for assistance on sizing before placing the final order.

  • Returns are not allowed in case of customised/made-to-order products (unless defective). Please carefully refer to our size chart or contact our team for assistance on sizing before placing a final order.

  • In case you want to return an undamaged and correctly fitting product, we will arrange a return pickup from your address and charge a return delivery fee of Rs.100 for the same. The delivery fee will be adjusted in your refund amount. The refund will be initiated once we receive the product in its original condition. We recommend carefully going through the product description and images before placing the final order to know the quality of our products. You may also contact our team to enquire about the same.

  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.​​​

9.4) CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

  • If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.

  • Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.

  • Once a prepaid order is shipped, it can only be cancelled with a cancellation fee that will vary depending on the particular product(s) ordered.

  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, Please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

  • Cancellation is NOT allowed in case of a customised order once the product is made and printed. We take a final consent and approval of design before printing every customised order and you will only be charged after your approval. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions from our team of designers before giving your final approval.

9.5) REFUND – Terms and Conditions:

 

  • The Refund in case of a damaged product will be initiated as soon as the investigation from our team is completed. The amount will be credited back to your source of payment in 7-10 working days.

  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.

  • Urban Trench may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles.
